Do you only address sports related injuries or treat athletes?
Although our specialties attract athletes, our team of practitioners are well equipped and trained to treat any patient and their concerns.

I’m in pain, who should I see?
We recommend the Chiropractic Doctors first, to diagnose the reasons for your pain, then any relevant therapists for co-management. However, patients are free to see any practitioner they choose too would best address their concerns.

Do you directly bill insurance companies?
Yes, we do directly bill most insurance companies. Please contact your insurance company to understand and know the extent of your coverage prior to booking your appointment.

Very likely yes. It’s a good idea to contact your insurance company prior to booking an appointment, checking your specific plan coverage with your insurer.

Do you sell treatment packages?
We do not sell treatment packages. After an assessment by one of our practitioners, each patient will be informed what the expected treatment course in terms of number of treatments could be, allowing patients to pay per visit as treatment progresses.

Can I pay for treatments in advance?
We do not accept advanced payment for treatments. Patients pay for treatments once they have been administered by any of our practitioners.
